You have 14 days from receiving your order to return the item. We will accept your exchange or return with pleasure when you respect the following points:

 

• The box containing the return must be consigned to the courier within 14 days of the delivery date;

• Each item is unused and bears no sign of wear and tear.

• The original tags and labels are attached and are in good condition.

• handle the item/s with care and make sure it is under the same conditions you have received it. Then box it up adequately;

• Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

• The original packaging is included and is in good condition.

• The return shipping is at your expense

In case of a refund, we will credit the card or bank account of the person who paid for the product(s).

 

Refund

 

As soon as Catalina-j receives the return, it will verify if all the above-mentioned conditions have been respected. If the return procedure was followed correctly, Catalina-j will proceed with the issuing of the refund by credit card or Paypal (if paid by Paypal) within 30 days. In case of a refund, we will credit the card or bank account of the person who paid for the product(s). In case of different currency, refunds will be issued in the same currency the Client paid, and will be subjected to the fluctuations of the exchange rate.
